Nice unit purchased on a great discount promotion. Comes with the HomeBase 2. Had a bit of a challenge setting it up, as we have an existing Eufy security camera system and didn’t want to use the same base. Had to get support involved to get the settings we wanted, as the setup wouldn’t accept them. Support was friendly and helpful.

Took 15 minutes to install and 5 hours to get it to work. Would not connect to the base station until I disconnected and plugged it into the base station, and then it connected right away. Once everything got connected, I was happy with the result. In addition to the chimes from the base station, all Alexa devices also chime, so it’s very easy to hear the doorbell now.

The app for the phone has motion detection sound. It would be nice if the HomeBase had motion detection sound too.
